Can I automatically monitor an attendee's presence and focus in a meeting?

Yes. Vantage Point provides three ways to track attendees' meeting presence and focus: no webcam movement, attendee has shifted focus away from the Adobe Connect meeting room window, the Adobe Connect meeting room window is too small for actual participation.

To set default values for monitoring attendee presence and focus, click on the gear icon on the top menu bar of the VP Console. This will open the Settings menu.

Auto Stepped Away - No Webcam Movement

Select this option to have Vantage Point automatically set an attendee's status to "Stepped Away" when the webcam has detected no movement for more than 30 seconds.

Note: This option is relevant only when the attendee has allowed camera rights via the Vantage Point Welcome Popup. See "How do I obtain webcam and tracking rights for an attendee?"

Auto Stepped Away - Focus Out

Select this option to have Vantage Point automatically set an attendee's status to "Stepped Away" when the attendee shifts focus away from the Adobe Connect meeting room window or minimizes the meeting window.

Auto Stepped Away - Window Too Small

Select this option to have Vantage Point automatically set an attendee's status to "Stepped Away" when the attendee resizes the Adobe Connect meeting room window to less than 25% of their screen size
