The top menu bar provides access to the following VP Console functions:
- Attendee display search
- Session history
- VP Settings
- rPhone Audio Console
- Breakout console
- Quick Access menu
1. Attendee display search
Type in a portion of an attendee's name in the search dialogue. As you type the VP Console presents the Attendee display(s) matching the search target.
2. Session history
Session history allows you to find a previous meeting by date and time and view the session report. See the "Session History" articles for details.
The gear icon opens up the VP Settings panel. See "Configuring Vantage Point" for details.
Note: Only the General, Adobe Connect and Auto Starting settings can be changed from the VP Console for Tech Support

The Quick Access menu allows the host to perform any of the following functions from a single location.
- lower all raised hands
- disable all webcams
- mute all microphones
- clear all pins
- clear all status indicators
- request attendees unlock access to their cameras
- sort attendee displays in alphabetical order
Note: To keep the attendee displays in alphabetical order click on the A-Z icon as attendees join the session.
Duplicate attendee indicator
If an attendee has joined the meeting more than once, a red and white duplicated attendee icon will appear on the top menu bar. To remove the duplicate attendee see "How do I remove a duplicated attendee?"
